Press Screening Access
Press screenings are exclusive to accredited journalists, critics, and photographers. They include all competition features, short blocks, and select live performances.
Access Includes:
Press-only morning and afternoon screenings
Post-screening Q&As with filmmakers and comedians
Reserved seating areas for press
Access to NYCFF’s digital media library (trailers, stills, and press kits)
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to guarantee entry. All screenings begin on time — we believe in punctual punchlines.
Reserving Screenings
All reservations are made through Elevate Communications.

Reserve seats as soon as possible
Receive your QR ticket confirmation via email to use on your phone.
Walk-ins are allowed if space permits. (Translation: don’t risk it.)
QR Codes & Check-In
Each credential includes a digital QR code.
Show your QR code/press badge at the entrance.
Doors open 20 minutes prior to screening.
Entry closes 10 minutes after start time.
Photography, Filming & Coverage Rules
To keep screenings professional and enjoyable:
Photography: Permitted before and after screenings only.
Interviews: Take place in designated press areas post-screening.
Social Content: Post freely — tag @nycomedyfilmfestival and use #NYCFF2026 #NewYorkComedyFilmFestival for amplification.

Quiet workspace with Wi-Fi, charging stations, and coffee.
Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM
Press Desk — Asylum NYC (Main Lobby)
For lost credentials or quick help.
Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM
Photo Call Zone — Asylum Main Theater / Baruch College Theater
Designated space for official photos after screenings.
Conduct & Professional Standards
Keep all devices silent during screenings.
Flash photography and filming during Q&As are prohibited.
Respect embargoes and digital release schedules.
Be courteous to volunteers and staff — they’re the unsung heroes keeping the lights (and the laughter) on.
